REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email us at nosalvia0570@nosalvia.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you the return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Sale items marked as final sale
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nosalvia0570@nosalvia.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
